God-Current Transmissions

“Take joy wherever you go. You have been blessed. You are being much blessed. Such stores of blessing are awaiting you in the months and years that lie ahead. Pass every blessing on. Love can and does go round the world, passed on the God-currents from one to the other. Shed a little sunshine in the heart of one, that one is cheered to pass it on, and so My vitalizing joy-giving message goes. Be transmitters these days. Love and Laugh. Cheer all. Love all. ”

From the book, God Calling

What are you transmitting on this new day? What “God-currents” are you sending out?

How’s Your Vision?

“Vision is the ability to be grounded in what is while creating what can be.”

Katherine Tyler Scott, author and business leader

Excellence

  “Excellence can be obtained if you:

…care more than others think is wise;

…risk more than others think is safe;

 …dream more than others think is practical;

 …expect more than others think is possible.”

 – Tom Peters, Author of Little Big Things

Are you living a life of excellence?

How to Avoid Distractions

“The best way to avoid distractions is to be clear about what really matters. “

Permits Approved

We have now gotten word that the permits have been approved by the city of Mansfield and construction will begin today to finish out our new worship/classroom/office space. We should easily be worshiping there by July 25. (Say a prayer.) We have been looking forward to this for several months. It will be so nice to have a place of our own for our budding community of faith. Our new location will be at 1475 Heritage Parkway, Suite 313, Mansfield, TX 76063.

In the meantime, why not join us for worship at the Mansfield Activities Center (MAC)? The address is 106 South Wisteria, 76063. What follows is our worship schedule leading up to our big move:

Sunday, June 6, 2 p.m. (note the time change)

Sundays, June 13-27, 6 p.m.

SATURDAY, July 3, 6 p.m. (note the day change)

Sundays, July 11-18, 6 p.m.

We hope to see you soon!
