Griefshare is a program for anyone who is dealing with the loss of a loved one or friend either recently or in the past and needs encouragement and understanding in a safe, non-judgmental and caring setting to help process and understand the emotions of grief.
Each week you’ll watch a 30-minute video with insights from grief recovery experts and people who share their personal stories. You’ll then spend time sharing with people who get what you’re going through (there’s no pressure to talk!) and take home a guide with helpful exercises for personal healing. Groups meet for 13 weeks.
