About Jen

As a Holistic Massage and Energy Therapist for 30 years, Jen is mindfully aware of how one’s spiritual practice affects the entire being. Jen has her origins in interfaith retreat work, mindfulness and energetic therapies. She has furthered her studies to include Spiritual Direction, Sacred Astrology, Soul Collage, Enneagram, Therapeutic Ritual, private and group retreat offerings and more. Jen is passionate about providing opportunities to those who seek the sacred in their lives. As a born seeker with the lived experience of facilitating 100s of retreats, Jenny brings wisdom, compassion and variety to each personal and group retreat experience she offers.

As an avid lover of the great outdoors as well as the sacred interior, Jenny is committed to a life of adventure and self-discovery. Much of her personal and spiritual growth has bloomed from her willingness to push herself both physically and emotionally to areas of great surprise, curiosity and joy ~ ultimately to honor the sacred in each moment.
